Refund and Return Eligibility

1. Perishable Items:
  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are generally final.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
    • The item was damaged during delivery.
    • There was a mistake in the order (e.g., incorrect item or customization error).
2. Non-Perishable Items:
  • For non-perishable items, such as gift items or merchandise, returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at order@lavanille.net within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic/Video evidence, if applicable (e.g., damaged item).

Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For replacement items, we will arrange a prompt redelivery at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders that were not picked up or delivered due to customer unavailability.
  • Custom or special orders where specifications were agreed upon in advance.
  • Items reported as unsatisfactory outside the refund request window.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
